This incident which happened to a hunter wanting to board a plane in San Diego yesterday morning to to hunting in South Dakota.

It is despicable.

Since he refused to go through the new 'naked scanner' they were going to 'pat him down' including his GROIN! He refused.

Whereupon he was surrounded by TSA agents, two supervisors, the head of the TSA at San Diego airport and a police officer.

He was told that he would submit or he would not fly. And if he did not submit to the search of his groin, he could not even LEAVE the airport. If he did try to leave the airport, they told him that he would be arrested!

I have flown countless times and probably passed through more security checks than a thousand Americans randomly chosen...put together! I am all for security. [But never forget that all of this nonsense is due to muslim terrorists!]

This is happening under 'liberal' Obama administration directions.

But this is way outside what we as a free people should allow. Numerous pilots and airline employees are starting to refuse this insanity as well.

Here is the story and the person's blog with video and audio of what happened.

TSA ejects Oceanside man from airport for refusing (groin) security check

Plain incompetence?

->Law authorities and major media, including Fox News, are apparently shocked at TSA agent Alija Abdul Majed's "stunning error" committed while manning his metal detector in lane 1 of JFK Airport's terminal 7 Saturday morning. Alija Abdul Majed allegedly did not realize his metal detector was unplugged while screening passengers. When the alleged error was finally detected by "higher ups" in the TSA, hundreds of passengers and staff in Terminal 7 were forced to evacuate the terminal, while two planes were called back from the tarmac.

Not knowing who he is (and what high positions he held....),
TSA agents grope Henry Kissinger, who was in a wheelchair.

Kissinger probably still has a higher security clearance than any of those TSA clowns could ever dream of having.......

I was at an airport 2 weeks ago, when an elderly man in his late 70's was going to board. He had a prosthetic leg and was wearing shorts (carrying a some long pants to put on after boarding the plane). As you might suspect, he set off the alarm, he also had a doctors letter saying that he had a metal plate in his hip, none-the-less, they took him to a strip search room.

I talked to him later, he was saying that when one of the airport security agents was putting his shoe back on his artificial leg, he said (in jest) ouch, you tied my shoe to tight . . . the security agent said, oh gosh, I'm sorry, let me make it not so tight. The elderly man said he was smiling at the security agent, but the agent appeard unaware that he was putting a shoe on an artificial leg/foot and never realized that the older man could not have felt the pressure.

Ummmmmm, made me wonder how intelligent some of these folks who screen at airports, really have been trained.

Air travel security is little better than it was after 9/11. Only 2 things have really improved post-9/11 security:

- Secured, reinforced cockpit doors in airliners.

- The awareness of the traveling public, that any hijacking attempt, means death to all on board, unless that attempt is thwarted.

The first is the purview of the FAA. The second is unconnected with any government agency or regulation.

The TSA is not involved with the above at all. Their "enhanced" security measures are good at harassing the traveling public, but there is not one single instance of a terrorist or would-be hijacker being caught by the TSA at an airport checkpoint.

The TSA should be abolished. With few exceptions, such as checked baggage screening, we could revert to the pre-9/11 airport security checks with no loss of safety and security.

A pat down of a 4 year old sounds extreme, but. Tell the terrorists that a 4 yr old is exempt from a pat down or a scan and what do you think will happen? Is there anyone dumb enough to believe a terrorist would not sacrifice a child or a hundred children to kill a plane load of Americans? If you fly you should be subject to the same checks as everyone else. No exceptions. This is the world we live in today.

In this story, in which some TSA/TSO's literally accused a 4 year old girl of being a terrorist, I think the gist of the matter is that the TSA goon didn't get to grope the little girl to her heart's content. Is there any other explanation for their totally weird behavior?

The TSA overreaches it's authority and now faces a lawsuit over its refusal to supply documents under a FOIA request by former congressman (and Presidential candidate) Bob Barr.
Bob Barr Files Lawsuit Against TSA Over 'Drudge' Controversy

"The lawsuit seeks to discover if there was internal TSA discussion of individuals and websites that promoted the national opt out day, including prominent critics of the TSA like Matt Drudge and Alex Jones.

Liberty Guard’s original FOIA request sought to obtain all internal TSA material that mentions the terms “Matt Drudge”, “Drudgereport.com”, “Alex Jones”, “PrisonPlanet.com”, “John Tyner”, “national opt-out day”, “Opt-Out Alliance” and “domestic extremists.”"

File that one under "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?"
Who watches the people that are charged with watching us?

In other TSA news, the venerable New York Times points out How Not To Attract Tourists. Charging them $14 and making them fill out the ESTA form is a good start.
"ESTA asks for basic personal data, like your name and birth date. It also asks whether you are guilty of “moral turpitude,” whether you’re planning crimes or “immoral activities” and whether you suffer from “lymphogranuloma venereum” (don’t ask). If you’re involved in terrorism or genocide — and for some reason you’ve decided to take this opportunity to inform the United States government — there’s a box for that. And if you’re a spy — a particularly artless one — please let us know."

Janet Incompetano should be run out of office on a fast rail (I know, not built yet). To heck with impeaching her, public opinion should hound her from office immediately!

TSA responds to claims of hole in airport security system

"When an online video gets more than a million views, it’s hard to ignore.

That may be the reason the Transportation Security Administration took the unusual step last week to address an online video that claims to show how to circumvent the full-body scanners that the TSA has installed at 140 airports across the country.

Jonathan Corbett, a blogger and TSA critic, posted a video this month on YouTube and his own Web page, www.tsaoutofourpants.wordpress.com, titled "How to Get Anything Through TSA Nude Body Scanners."

To prove that his method works, Corbett’s video shows him sneaking a small metal box past full-body scanners at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Florida and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport in Ohio. "The TSA can’t be that stupid, can they?" Corbett asks in the video.

The TSA does not dispute that Corbett found a way to sneak items past the screening machines but added that the scanners are one of many techniques the TSA uses to keep weapons off planes."

Billions of dollars spent by Janet and a kid with a metal box and a video camera shows how Incompetano they are.

The billion dollar Obama incompetano naked body scanners seem to be almost useless!

How to get ANYTHING through TSA nude body scanners: Blogger exposes loophole in $1billion fleet

"Jonathan Corbett claims he could easily smuggle explosives onto a plane
Strip-search scanners banned in Europe over cancer fears

Controversial nude body scanners used at U.S. airports have come under fire again - after a blogger claimed he could easily smuggle explosives through them onto a plane.

Engineer Jonathan Corbett has published a video where he shows how he took a small metal case through two of the TSA's $1billion fleet in a special side pocket stitched into his shirt.

This is because, he suggests, the scanners blend metallic areas into the dark background - so if an object is not directly placed on the body, it will not show up on the scan.

The metallic box, he claims, would have set off an alarm had he passed through the old detecting system.

His revelation comes just weeks after Europe banned the 'airport strip-searches' over fears the X-ray technology could cause cancer."

The Obama TSA continues with their outrageous behaviour!

TSA asks woman to prove her breast pump is real at Lihue Airport

"Lihue, HI (KITV) -- A Hawaiian mom says she was humiliated when asked to prove her breast pump was real at an airport.

"I asked him if there was a private place I could pump and he said no, you can go in the women's bathroom. I had to stand in front of the mirrors and the sinks and pump my breast in front of every tourist that walked into that bathroom. I was embarrassed and humiliated and then angry that I was treated this way."

Liberals seem to be fine with the public sexual humiliation of young mothers.

But they are perfectly fine with supporting someone who is arguably a slut because she cannot afford condoms to have sex 10 times a day!

Ironically, the UK incident was not a security issue. Only after Mr. Jones passed through security was he confronted, escorted *back* through security and harangued by security officials and the police, over this issue. (Then he was re-screened after the standoff ended).

And it had northern whatever to do with security -- except that he had, in effect, pointed out a flaw in the security process available only to professed Muslims.

So in Britain, if you want to hijack a plane, wear a headscarf and claim to be a Muslim and identifying you will be more difficult.

I would like to say that can't happen in America, but truthfully we are not that far behind Britain.

>>>And in the Rand Paul incident, the White House despicably stands behind Janet Incompetano and her Gestapo in their blatant attack on a Republican Senator.<<<

As bad as it is in the U.S., it's even worse in Britain:

"As David Jones arrived at the security gates at Gatwick airport, he was looking forward to getting through swiftly so he could enjoy lunch with his daughters before their flight."

"Placing his belongings, including a scarf, into a tray to pass through the X-ray scanner he spotted a Muslim woman in hijab pass through the area without showing her face."

"In a light-hearted aside to a security official who had been assisting him, he said: 'If I was wearing this scarf over my face, I wonder what would happen.'"

"The quip proved to be a mistake. After passing through the gates, he was confronted by staff and accused of racism."

"As his daughters, who had passed through security, waited in the departure lounge wondering where he was, he was subjected to a one hour stand-off as officials tried to force him to apologise."

And in the Rand Paul incident, the White House despicably stands behind Janet Incompetano and her Gestapo in their blatant attack on a Republican Senator.

White House sides with TSA in Rand Paul standoff

"The White House is standing by the Transportation Security Administration in its standoff with Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and his father, Republican presidential candidate Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas).

The elder Paul called the TSA a "police state" Monday after Rand Paul was reportedly detained by TSA after he refused to take a pat-down from TSA officials at the Nashville International Airport."

I hope more and more people refuse the TSA indefensible groping. [Unfotunately people cannot afford to miss their flights and buy new tickets.] But it is time for a concerted effort to expose Janet Incompetano and her Gestapo.

This is street theatre of the worst kind. A claim from the TSA that they are making us safer when they are doing nothing of the kind.

Janet Incompetano ought to get groped every day by her Gestapo Gropers ... until she gets rid of this outrageous behavior by an out of control government. But I understand why no TSA Groper would want to put their hands on "THAT"!

Hmmm..... is right!

Rand Paul, U.S. Senator (hint: he has a higher security clearance than the groper on TSA shift) didn't pass security screening. TSA claims he was "not detained" but he missed his flight and possibly missed a Senate vote. The TSA should take note of Article 1 Section 6 (that would be in the United States Constitution):
The U.S. Constitution actually protects federal lawmakers from detention while they’re on the way to the capital.

“The Senators and Representatives…shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same….” according to Article I, Section 6.

Ooops.

TSA To Test Body Scanner Operators For Radiation Exposure

Well DUH!

"But federal agency still refuses to retest machines after cancer warnings

After years of rebuffing health concerns over airport scanners, the Transportation Security Administration plans to conduct new tests on the potential radiation exposure from the machines at more than 100 airports nationwide.

But the TSA does not plan to retest the machines or passengers. Instead, the agency plans to test its airport security officers to see if they are being exposed to dangerous levels of radiation while working with the scanners."

It may not be the best move to check a bag with $40,000 cash. But it is not illegal. Stealing that money, is.

And the TSA has been known to steal much less than that from checked baggage.

The problem there is simple: In implementing inspection of checked baggage (which I favor in principle, BTW), the TSA gave itself the unlimited right to break into any checked bag that in an X-Ray inspection looks suspicious. They do not, summon the passenger to unlock the bag, nor do they automatically allows that passenger to resecure it afterward. (passengers can do that at some airports, where the scanning machines are in public areas, but that is not a general TSA requirement).

The result is that TSA workers have the opportunity to "help themselves" to contents of checked bags, not to mention that bags thus broken into, can be stolen from by baggage handlers, etc.

(Note that "breaking into bags" includes those bags that have TSA-approved locks that can be bypassed).

Stealing is wrong. They should serve the average sentence for this crime.
People have a right to carry money in their bags, and check them into an airline.

But WHO checks in a bag with $40,000 cash in it???
When it comes off the line at the Baggage Pickup area, *anyone* could grab it. I am fascinated by whomever this person is.

From gas too high's article of two TSA agents stealing $40,000 out of a passengers checked bag, notice this line.

"Persad's attorney has said his client understands he made a mistake and wishes to move on with his life."

I agree with him.

He should be able to move on with his life.

As colorful a character as Sheriff Joe Arpaio is, I could believe that he has been less than diligent about issues not among his signature programs of combating illegal immigration and his get-tough prison programs.

But the pantywaists of the Obama Administration, especially including Big Sis's DHS and Eric Holder's Justice Department, do not have credibility with me to bring those accusations.

And of course, all of Arpaio's local and state enemies are coming out of the woodwork.

Janet Incompetano and the US Justice Department attack Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona for his attempts to control illegal immigration in Arizona.

This bunch in Washington is absolutely incompetent if not even evil.

Homeland Security limits ties with Arizona's Sheriff Joe Arpaio

"The Department of Homeland Security reacted quickly Thursday to news that the Justice Department had accused Joe Arpaio, the Arizona sheriff known for his tough policies on illegal immigration, of a “pattern of misconduct” that permitted unlawful arrests and excessive force against Latinos.

In a statement, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said her department was ending one agreement with Arpaio’s Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and restricting the office’s access to another Homeland Security program."

It is sounding more and more like some TSA agents at JFK have a fetish for old grandmas!

Another Elderly Woman Says She Was Exposed At Kennedy Airport

"NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Lenore Zimmerman, 85, was angry and embarrassed after what she claims was a strip search at Kennedy Airport Tuesday. Now another woman in her 80's at the very same terminal says she was exposed one day before.

From her home in Sunrise, Florida, 88-year-old Ruth Sherman says she knows for a fact senior citizens are being violated at a screening checkpoint at JFK."

Sleep well tonight. Incompetano's Incompetents are awake!

Remember when Janet Incompetano urged us not to worry because the federal government would be taking over ALL the airwaves to trot out a massive test of the Emergency Activation System and show how well it works?

And then it was a massive and very public failure?

Well, once again today Incompetano's Incompetents did it again.

Was Janet Incompetano's test of taking over all the airwaves, a failure?

Or was it a success.

Here it was late.

And there was only the buzzer. No words. No explanation. No nothing.

Let's see if Incompetano says it was Insuccessful!

I am not a fan of Jesse Ventura by any means.

But on this, he has a point.

He sued the TSA for being sexually assaulted. He wanted a jury trial. The judge threw out his lawsuit, not because it did not have merit and that he did not have standing.

The judge threw it out because the TSA law is set up that no one gets a jury trial. You have to file it in the Court of Appeals and have it argued in front of a panel of judges, not a jury of your peers.

AND Ventura's LAWYER was told that he could not even see the judge's ruling because of "national security" concerns!

WHAT?!?!

Ventura Decries “Fascist” America After Judge Tosses TSA Case

"“The suit was thrown out because Congress set up the law so that all such challenges must be brought directly in Circuit Courts of Appeals, wrote U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson.”

“They said they don’t have jurisdiction,” Ventura told reporters. “Well my question is if the federal courts don’t have jurisdiction over a constitutional question then who the hell does?”

A further detail that Ventura revealed on the Alex Jones Show which has not been picked up by mainstream media reports is the fact that Ventura’s lawyer was told he could not even look at the ruling due to “national security” concerns."

Janet Incompetano and this TSA are totally out of control.

Ventura, miffed by court, says he's off to Mexico
